Without sounding like a needy newsletter unsubscribe, we don't want to see you go. If there's anything you feel like could be changed in your role before resigning, please talk to a manager and we can see what we can do to accommodate changes.
If you decide to leave SuperHi, please provide us with a signed letter of resignation, or email your manager stating that you have decided to leave your position.
Your resignation letter or email should let us know your last day of work, and please give us as much notice as possible, so that we can properly prepare ourselves for your departure. Your last day of employment cannot be a vacation day, sick day, personal day, or holiday. You should also make arrangements to return all SuperHi property, including all equipment, before the last day of your employment. Depending on your role and situation, we may decide to terminate your employment at an earlier point.
Sometimes we must terminate employment for a variety of reasons (e.g., behavioral offense, elimination of role, changing company objectives, failure to meet objectives of the role, etc.). In the cases where an employee fails to meet a role’s requirements, a PIP may be offered, but this is not always the case, and we reserve the right to terminate employment at any time for any lawful reason without notice and where we deem such action is appropriate.
All benefits terminate on the last day of employment though, in some cases, medical coverage may continue until a later date. Please reach out to Operations for further information.
Subject to local law, if you meet all departure conditions, i.e., give us notice that you’re leaving, return our stuff, and participate in an exit interview, then we will pay you in your final paycheck for any unused vacation days.
