Hey everyone,
Rik from SuperHi here. We have decided to change a few things here at SuperHi in response to the on-going worldwide situation.
We are seeing a larger demand of people who have been interesting in doing our courses due to the remote learning aspect of SuperHi. Some have felt that the price is outside of their affordability or haven't been able to get their manager to sign them off, and they would rather have the extra time to learn new skills that could help their careers, so to help support the creative community, we are offering a 30% discount on all of our courses and bundles as of today (March 16th) for the foreseeable future.
This is the largest discount we can sustainably offer as a business and we will also retroactively apply the discount to recent purchases too. We'll be touch over the next few days if you've bought any courses.
Usually we split our 4-, 6- and 8-week courses out into weeks that arrive every Monday to help people manage the course a little better and have something to look forward to. We have decided to make all the weeks available upfront due to the increased time that our students have. All start dates will be ignored for the time being and the courses bought will be available instantly.
You don't have to start anything today. If you buy any course, access is yours for as long as you need it so if you'd prefer to buy now, learn later, that's totally fine.
If you were recently learning at a coding, design or project management bootcamp that now isn’t offering an alternative way to learn the material that you were expecting or teaching in a below-standard way, get in contact with us ([email protected]) to explain your situation and we'll can see if we can help in any way.
We are expecting delays in the delivery of welcome packs and books that we ship due to disruption in international postal services. We're working with our suppliers to get everything to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
Over the next few weeks, we are expecting a slower time in customer support response times, as we are assuming that some of our staff may get ill, including myself, despite proactively self-quarantining. We will respond to every single question as soon as we can!
If you are already part of our community, we have adding several new channels such as #wfh to help support people who are new to working at home (SuperHi is a remote team so we know what we're talking about) and #freelance to help support anyone who is a freelancer (or wants to be) during this time. We're here to help you even if you're not wanting to learn new skills right now.
And if you're not doing this already... please don't go outside unless it's absolutely necessary!
