You'll be offered a choice of one of the following plans. SuperHi contributes $500/mon towards each medical plan and fully covers all employee costs for dental and vision plans.
Our health plan’s year runs from November 1 to October 31st, with open enrollment typically happening in early October, prior to the new plan year beginning.
Open enrollment is when any changes to your health care elections can happen. Once the open enrollment window is closed, you will need to wait until the next year’s open enrollment period to change or elect new coverage, unless you have a qualifying life event, such as marriage or birth of a child. If you have a qualifying life event you will have a personal open enrollment window of 30 days to change your elections if you wish. It is your responsibility to let the Operations Team know if you have a qualifying life event so they can send you the information to change your elections if you wish.
